The youth will have access to swimming, ziplining, rock climbing, paintball, and pedal karts. The youth will participate in
daily morning worship, breakout sessions and groups, and nightly youth services, all organized by New Destiny Ministry
Center (through Bancroft Bible Camp) at 385 Bancroft Chapel Rd. Kingsport, Tennessee, 37660, and/or use of the
properties, facilities, and services of the 2026 annual youth camp.
I agree for myself and the youth in my congregation to the following:
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE, I recognize that there is a certain inherent risk associated with the above-described activities, and I assume full responsibility for personal injuries and any loss or damage of personal property.
RESPONSIBILITY, I will be responsible for the safety, supervision, and well-being of all youth in attendance from my church congregation at all times. This includes maintaining appropriate conduct, actively engaging with youth, and providing guidance in alignment with the camp’s mission and values. Staff will work collaboratively with host church leadership and personnel, respecting established policies and procedures. All concerns, incidents, or emergencies must be handled promptly and reported through the designated chain of command to ensure proper communication, accountability, and resolution.
